Growing up near SFO Airport, I often gazed at the sky and looked at airplanes in flight. This childhood fascination transformed into a passionate pursuit of becoming an airline pilot and has shaped the course of my life. My passion for aviation led me to the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, where I earned a B.A. in Aviation Management, and set the stage for a promising career. My path materialized further when Horizon Air welcomed me into their Pilot Development Program last year.

My interests go beyond aviation. I'm also passionate about exploring new places and trying new things. I love going to new places, experiencing different cultures, and creating special memories with my family and friends.

My purpose as a flight instructor is clear – to guide, inspire, and empower you on your own skyward journey. My aviation management degree has helped me to gain a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations, safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry trends. This knowledge equips me to integrate business principles into my flight instruction, ensuring that students not only receive pilot training but also grasp the broader context of the aviation industry.
