Aviation has always been something I have wanted to pursue, however it wasn’t until more recently that I decided I wanted a career in it.  Prior to beginning my aviation career I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics and worked in the operations departments for a couple different companies.  After six years I decided that I want to wake up excited to go to work every day and I made the change.  Growing up I always loved watching planes take off and land, but being on a plane, feeling that acceleration and then getting to admire the scenery from the window seat was even better.  This coupled with my love of traveling made me realize that a career in aviation could be the perfect fit for me.  One discovery flight later, seeing the beautiful Seattle area and the house I grew up in from above, and I was hooked.  As your instructor I am looking forward to sharing these experiences with you and reaching whatever goals you seek to accomplish.

In my down time I enjoy playing and watching hockey, golfing, playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.  I look forward to meeting you!
