Instructor Bio

Growing up in Seattle with my mom as a flight attendant, I was lucky to be able to travel the world with my family. While I loved to go on trips it never occurred to me that I would gravitate towards an interest in actually becoming a pilot. I pursued my graduate degrees at Fordham University while being a part of the varsity rowing team. Soon after finishing up school and sports, I was introduced to flying and absolutely fell in love with it. I ended up leaving my job in New York City to pursue my flight training.
As a flight instructor at Rainier, I look forward to helping others love to learn how to fly and become amazing pilots! 
In my free time, I appreciate the great outdoors and the fresh Pacific Northwest air. I enjoy hiking, playing sports such as volleyball and swimming, and taking on new art projects like charcoal or photography.
