Aviation wasn’t on my radar until recently, but as soon as I took my first discovery flight, I was hooked. 

I grew up in Washington state and attended college at the University of California: Los Angeles to study Neuroscience. Though I am passionate about science and technology, I couldn’t see myself in that environment 5 or 10 years in the future and decided to switch gears. 

I returned home to Washington state and remembered my childhood dream of becoming an astronaut. That seemed a bit far out of reach, so I brought it down a few flight levels and fell love with the world of aviation. I completed the majority of my training at Paine Field and am now honored to fly as an instructor here at Rainier.

Flying puts a smile on my face every day. I hope as your instructor I can share that joy as we work to reach your aviation goals!
