Not wanting to conform to the standard definition of a job/career I spent my life following multiple paths, looking for that new adventure. It’s funny how many roads I have taken along this journey, be it a F16 Crew Chief, Para Sail Capt., Jet ski tour operator, PADI Dive Instructor, Home Remodeler and Business owner to list a few. With my newest addition certified flight instructor. I think one of the things I love most about aviation… its endless opportunities. Literally the sky is your limit!

My journey in aviation began when I was living in Costa Rica with my wife and three children. I had just finished my first bachelor's and was looking at master programs to use my GI Bill on, didn’t want it to go to waste. It was then that I came across an opportunity for flight training which had always been on my bucket list. This was appealing, because I could do my ground training online and flight training at one of the many flight affiliates.  As I continued my training, I found a great joy in flying and the challenges it encompassed for me to overcome, never a dull moment.  

Like many of the things I have done in my life, Aviation didn’t come easy for me. I had to work hard at it and rise to the challenges that came. I look forward to helping each one of you rise and overcome your own challenges along your aviation journey and to enjoy this adventure with you. Even if you don’t choose me as your instructor, I’m always here to help, so feel free to ask questions. There are no stupid questions in aviation just the questions not asked!
