My interest in aviation started when my step-dad decided to get his private pilot license. After riding along with him during his training, I told myself I'd have to eventually get my own license to fly. At that point, it was just a bucket list item for me, something maybe I'd get around to somewhere in my later years. Not even in my wildest dreams did I consider pursuing aviation as a career.
After high school, I spent a few years working for UPS, living here and there. Eventually, I moved into an apartment with an army pilot. Naturally, we got to talking about flying, and about careers in aviation. That's when the seed really got planted for me. After a year or two more of saving money and pondering the possibilities, becoming more and more discontent with my job each day, I did some research and started to realize just how possible it all was.
Finally, I decided to make the leap. I signed up for a flight school and moved to Arizona. I'm proud to say I earned all of my ratings and I’m well on my way to achieving my wildest dreams.
In my free time, I like to hike, make and listen to music, and geek out about flying. At work, I help people like you to become the very best aviators they can be.
