I come from a large family - I am youngest of 7 kids with my dad and both of my brothers being pilots. Growing up, I swore I never wanted to be a pilot despite my dad raving about it as a career choice, trying to get all his kids and anyone who would listen into the business. I graduated from Washington State University and in my first few years there, I could never pinpoint what field I wanted to get into. I worked enough jobs that I learned that a typical 9-5 just wasn’t for me. I had my first discovery flight in 2017 and was immediately hooked.

I completed my Private Pilots in Spokane, WA out of Felts Field. The day I passed my check-ride, I packed up my car and immediately moved to Seattle to complete my training at Paine Field. I spent my first-year teaching as a CFI back in my hometown in Spokane, WA. I love everything about flying and the countless opportunities to continue to learn and grow. Its stepping into another world and there’s nothing quite like it (my dad was right).

 I am so excited to be a part of the Rainer Flight team and help you with your goals, whether you want to fly for a hobby or make a career out of it.  The aviation community is a wonderful place to be!
