Instructor Bio
Ever since I was a little kid, I always wanted to fly. Life, as it tends to do, got in the way for the better part of 40 years. Finally, I was able to pursue my dream of flying, and more importantly, I’m able to help you pursue yours! I am excited to bring my knowledge and passion for flying to Rainier Flight Service.
Prior to becoming a flight instructor, I had a successful law practice, and was a Deputy District Attorney for the state of Colorado. I have been teaching for 30 years, first as a sailing instructor, then as a parent, and now as a flight instructor.
When I am not flying, I enjoy thinking about flying and talking about flying….and enjoying the PNW with my wife and 2 kids. I bring humor and life experiences to the cockpit in order to put you at ease. Come schedule a discovery flight with me today!
