Like many others, I got the aviation bug as a child. My extended family lives on many different continents, so reunions involve long flights, which I always enjoyed growing up. After studying economics and econometrics, I started a career in the software industry and became a product manager. The question that always guided my work was “what are we trying to accomplish'” 

I began considering a career in aviation a few years ago, and began training at Rainier to achieve my ratings. I joined the team to continue the strong tradition of safe and friendly instruction. My objective as an instructor is to work with students to fully understand their flying goals and help them achieve them. 

In my free time you can find me writing, building plane models, playing with my cats, or cycling up a new hill that looks like it will have a good view from the summit. I’m excited to be a part of the Rainier team and look forward to flying with all of you!
