Ever since my first flight as a kid, I was fascinated by aviation. Being able to take a peek into the cockpit as a kid on several trips sparked my interest in aviation and technology.

The passion for technology and computer systems led to a successful career in the software industry which took me up to the skies as an airline passenger on a weekly basis. My fascination for aviation never stopped and after experiencing a Discovery Flight at Rainier Flight Service, I knew that I wanted to become a private pilot.

After passing my private pilot checkride at Rainier Flight Service, I felt a strong urge to continue to learn and decided to fully pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a professional pilot by enrolling in commercial pilot training and a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Sciences.

Today, more than 1,000 takeoffs later, every single liftoff is still special for me, and I can’t wait to share this enthusiasm with you. As a commercial land and sea plane pilot and advanced ground and flight instructor I’m here to help you achieve all your aviation dreams while making you a safe aviator!

When I’m not flying or hanging out at the airport, I like spending my time playing the piano, swimming, cycling, and skiing.
