Hello, my name is Rachael and I was born and raised in the Midwest. When I was in high school my family and I visited Seattle. I promptly fell in love with the PNW and moved to Bellingham to attend Western Washington University. Before doing so, I obtained my private pilot’s license at Lake Elmo Aero in Minnesota. I am a third-generation pilot following in the footsteps of my mom and grandmother (and dad, grandfather, brother, and uncle). As you can probably imagine, aviation is the main topic of conversation at our family reunions!  

Being a flight instructor has opened up a whole new window in aviation. I enjoy teaching and watching others learn and grow. Fun and comfortable learning environments are where I learned the most, and I hope to create the same for you. I would be honored to share my love of aviation with you as we follow your dreams and achieve your aviation goals. Let's take to the skies!
