As a first generation pilot, aviation was never what I pictured for myself as a career. I had always gravitated towards health care and studied at CWU for two years working towards becoming an EMT. While at Central I made a lot of friends in their Aviation program and decided that I wanted to pursue that as well which in turn led me to move back to Kirkland and train coincidentally out of Paine Field. After my first flight I quickly fell in love with flying and knew I had made the right choice. Once I graduated from flight school I got a job instructing in Bellingham. I spent a little over a year teaching students and recently moved back south to Instruct for Rainier at my home airport. 

I am excited to continue to help others achieve their goal of becoming a pilot!
